Miss Sarah Slocum was crowned as Miss Arkansas 2009! Miss Sarah Slocum is a 23 year old beauty who became the ultimate winner of Miss Arkansas 2009. She won the $20,000 Scholarship provided by Ted and Shannon Boy Skokos, and over $50,000 in awards, wardrobe, transportation and other gifts. Slocum will represent Arkansas at the 2010 Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas.
